Jennifer and Evolved Nutrition changed my life! Dealing with weight gain and body dysmorphia, I was recommended to see a nutritionist. I found Jennifer and it was such a perfect fit. Her guidance and stance of living a normal life while fixing your routine and relationship around food made for an almost flawless transition. Jen is a fantastic nutritionist. She provides personalized data driven recommendations on macro goals and a specific plan with well rounded diverse foods to eat (including a pdf of recipes). She is clear and direct. Her pricing is fair and transparent. She will answer clarifying questions after the appointment. I would highly recommend her!
